Non-Zero sum games

I read an awesome book last year by Robert Wright called Nonzero: The Logic of Human Destiny. It is one of those books that really makes you see relationships (between people, things, companies, etc) in a whole new way. The concept of non-zero sum definitely speaks to the optimist in me and I was delighted to come across this article which distills it down a bit into a more applicable form:
